Wild-crafted Wreaths from Dirty Girls
Dirty Girls Design is a small garden and design company. We handmake wreaths and table arrangements with a range of sustainably harvested fresh local greens, including white pine, eastern cedar, scotch pine, white fir, and mountain laurel. They are decorated with a variety of wild-crafted plants common here in the Hudson Valley.
Each wreath or table arrangement is made to order. The arrangements are set in a handmade box, fabricated from reclaimed barn wood, each with its own unique patina. Available for you choice is either a Rosehip or Sumac red accent. We will choose the additional plant forms depending on our particular inspiration and what is available to harvest. Possibilities include milkweed, iris pods, native penstemon, mullein, teasel, ostrich fern flowers, or sensitive fern flowers.
Availability:
Dirty Girls Design will be selling wreaths and decorative items at Crafted. They are also accepting discounted pre-orders in limited quantities. All web sales will be available on December 10th at the Cottekill Church and orders must be received before December 6th.
